Notice on relevant requirements for vaccinators to apply for green health codes
For those who have been vaccinated against the new crown pneumonia in the consular area, if they go to China for urgent or necessary reasons, please apply for a health code from our consulate according to the following requirements:
  1. Personnel vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines (Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, CanSino):
   (1) Please perform nucleic acid test and full antibody test against N protein (Nucleocapsid protein) (SARS-CoV-2 Total AB Test) two days before boarding. Anyone who is positive will not be issued a health code.
   (2) According to the principle of antibody production of the new coronary pneumonia vaccine, N protein will not be produced theoretically after vaccination with a non-inactivated vaccine. If the applicant's antibody test against the N protein is positive, it means that there is a history of previous infections. The parties concerned should apply for the health code in accordance with the procedures for personnel with a previous history of infection (for specific requirements, please refer to the previous notice of our library and the link is attached).
   (3) At present, in the list of testing institutions announced by our library, most of the testing institutions’ antibody tests are for N protein full antibody testing, which meets the relevant requirements. Please do not choose the antibody test against S protein (Spike protein). (According to the current situation of the testing institutions in the consular area, the IgM and IgG separation antibody testing is for the S protein antibody testing. If there is any change, our library will update it in time.)
   2. Those who vaccinate inactivated vaccines (Sinopharm, Kexing), please conduct nucleic acid testing and full antibody or isolated antibody testing within two days before boarding, and submit the vaccination certificate and the "New Crown Vaccination Statement". Those who have a positive nucleic acid test will not be issued a health code.
